Colorado Special Investigations is contracted by the Colorado Alternate Defense Counsel. Being contracted by the ADC, we have an obligation to assist through professional legal investigative representation those who are being criminally held responsible for a crime and ultimately facing confinement for that alleged crime. We are dedicated at providing the accused the same commitment that victims of a crime are afforded during an on-going criminal investigation.

We conduct ourselves through professional investigative standards approved by the ADC and the attorneys contracted by the ADC. We are hand selected by ADC contracted attorneys because of our ethical standards of investigative processes, procedures and conduct. We prove ourselves on every case as contract investigators by analyzing and evaluating data, evidence, and statements and then formulate a logical supported conclusion to every investigation through our detailed and comprehensive reporting practices. The attorneys that use us know we provide professional investigative services and give them the facts of the case without prejudice. We follow all investigative procedures in accordance with due process of law.

Our contract investigators have the knowledge of the Colorado Criminal Revised Statutes, rules of evidentiary procedure, and trial processes of the Colorado Criminal Justice System. These investigators independently plan, research and conduct criminal investigations and then prepares the case components for defense presentation in court. Our contract investigators use traditional investigative techniques and scientific methods while examining individual cases. We establish rapport and instill confidence in witnesses, defendants, and others connected with each investigation. We are committed to serving within the best interests of our clients. We represent each client following the principles of the Criminal, Administrative and Rules of law illustrated within the constitutional laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America. We are devoted at acquiring the truth through professional investigations and dedicated at assisting the accused by scrutinizing any disputed allegations, questionable items of evidentiary value, witness or victim statements, and/or validating or disproving information that was examined by law enforcement agencies.
