Maybe you are looking at some time in jail or prison and you didn’t commit the crime that is alleged against you? Do you need assistance in proving that you are not guilty of this crime?
Perhaps you want more testimonial or physical evidence to give the court on how your children are not being well taken care of within the parameters of the child custody agreement?
Maybe you’re concerned about the ex-spouses’ new boyfriend or girlfriend. Your ex has custody of the children, and the newcomer appears to be a slime ball. If we can prove the ex is letting some degenerate hang around the kids, perhaps you, the client, can get custody.
Do you suspect your ex is making more money than they say they are to the court? Do you need the evidence showing support they are lying or in contempt of court? You know for sure you are paying too much and the children are not getting the support they need from the mother or father?
Do you want us to conduct a legal search of their bank accounts and locate sensitive information on the who, what, when, where, why, and how they are receiving or spending their money?
Maybe you have a wedding planned and the date is set soon, but some doubts linger in your mind about the soon-to-be-spouse. Some of the things he or she says just don’t add up.
Your new boyfriend claims to be a spy, or better yet, ex-special forces, but his irregular body shape has you wondering who his physical trainer is? What is he lying about?
Maybe an ex-spouse who skipped out of town and owes you $$$$$ child support?
